Heh.. Another cover for "Love is All Around" huh.. The 石欣卉's "命中注定".
Still Arashi's cover version "We Can Make It!" is better :)
I just couldn't get used to it without SakuRap.
The only rap songs I like and could stand listening to is SakuRap. XD

New layout :D

Yeah! New layout for sho's b'day!! I actually wanted to make 3 different background... 1 for lj, 1 for my lj comm, and 1 for blog.. but i ran out of ideas so it'd be the same as aiba's... lj and blog same bg lol.. :x
Not done with updating my lj's and haven make 1 for my comm... x___X

P.S: Sorry for a few of the past post font colors... I lazy go change every single one of them.. highlight to read :|

何でもいいや．．．

もうそろぞろ相葉ちゃんの誕生日ですね．．．
何が作ろうかまだ分からない。
十二月二十四日はちょどうちの“ベビー”っていう犬の誕生日です！
だから、　ベビーと相葉ちゃんのバースデーケーキが作ろうじゃないかって考えた。
でも、キャロブパウダーってい材料が必要でどこで買うのか分かんない。聞いたこと無いもん！
もし、明治屋売るならいいけど、時間も無いよ．．．あと二日だけ！

で、私の日本語のクラスは今月の二十八日がスタートします！

Wanted to try baking a chocolate log cake for Christmas... but it ended up like this...
(Sorry for the really ugly deco >.x)

The 'sponge' broke apart when I was rolling it halfway so I turned it into this.
Didn't really do much decoration since the decoration I bought is meant for Christmas day itself LOL!
Forgot to buy the most important ingredient of all.. the chocolate sponge cake mix.. so I ended up using Self-raising flour+sugar+cocoa instead. And.. when I took out the (brand new) self-raising flour, I realised it had expired by 2months already!! O___O!! Oh well.. I think I brought that early this year or last year? I can't remember haha X.x. Went up and down 2 times to get the cocoa and self-raising flour *blehs*.

I don't know if I could consider this a success... oh well.. will try harder!! After all this is my first try T___T.

I'm going to try Mango mousse for my next off day after Christmas!! :) *hope can succeed*

-Oricon and other website, on the artist profiles, all don't have their pictures.

On the 11th, Oricon held the "41st Oricon yearly ranking 2008" (releases from 2007.12.24 to 2008.12.15). Other than that, Arashi's latest Single, "Beautiful Days" (released on 2008/11/5, sold 422k) ranked 10th on the yearly ranking. Other artist that had 3 singles in Top 10 yearly ranking was 6 years since Utada Hikaru (3 singles), and for Male Artist, it's 20years since 1988 Hikaru Genji (4 singles).

まだ実感が湧かないというのが正直な感想ですが、本当にファンの皆さんのおかげです。「truth」は嵐にとって今までにない感じの曲だったので、この曲が年間ランキング1位というのは凄く嬉しいです。今年は嵐として国立競技場、上海公演、ドームツアー、個人的にドラマ、個展と新しいことがたくさんできた年でした。そして年間ランキング1位・・・2008年という年は一生忘れられない年になりそうです。ありがとうございました。

It didn't felt real at all, or I couldn't straighten my thoughts yet. But really thanks to everyone. For Arashi, "truth" is the song which until now we couldn't feel it, therefore this song getting 1st for yearly ranking really made me very happy. This year for Arashi would be National Stadium, Shanghai concert, Dome tour, Own-drama, Exhibition and lots of new stuff we gained. And 1st for yearly ranking... the year 2008 would definitely be a year I most probably wouldn't forget. Thank you very much.

1st for yearly ranking, I'm really excited. Receiving trophies and stuffs, it's the first time I felt so close to it. In reality, I felt that I have received a thriving prize. When I went to the Olympics to gather information, when the athletes told me "we've been listening to Arashi's song, Kaze no Mukou he", I'm felt really gleeful. Arashi is always 5 people, even now it's the 5, but, this year, people around us that said "In various places, we saw Arashi in OO, Arashi had done OO" has increased. More people know about us and stuff. "truth" is Ohno Satoshi's drama's world view, "One Love" is Matsumoto Jun's movie's world view, and this broadens to what we are now, is what I thought. Because of the various works that was feedbacked to us, we decided to released different types of songs. This year's first single, "Step and Go" (yearly ranking 12th), perhaps is a song that foresee's Arashi's form for this year. We would like to head further! That's to say...

After starring in the TBS drama series "Maou" last season, Arashi's Satoshi Ohno is back with his second starring TV role. This time, he will lead the TV Asahi comedy series "Uta no Oniisan," which will air on Friday nights at 11:15pm this winter. This is said to be his first comedy role, including his performances in film and theater.

The story revolves around an unconventional children's show called "Minna de Utao!" Ohno plays Kenta, a young musician whose band breaks up and who gets dumped by his girlfriend. To top it off, his own family labels him as useless. Unexpectedly, he becomes an "uta no oniisan," a singing character on the children's show.

The show begins filming on the 18th of this month and premieres on January 16.

Ohno Satoshi in the comedy, "Uta no onii-san"

Popular group Arashi's leader, Ohno Satoshi (28), will take on the challenge of a singing guy role, it was announced on the 7th. He will play the lead in TV Asahi's serial drama "Uta no Onii-san" (next January 16th start, 11:15).

Songs and dance, Ohno has gotten high praises for showing his acting sense on the stage, and he was in the limelight for the lead role in his serial drama "Maou". It was a difficult role as the "defender of the weak" lawyer who, on the other hand, killed people for revenge.

The producer of this new drama, Kawanishi Taku(?), said on the casting, "Amidst the few lines of "Maou", Ohno's acting with his subtle facial expressions was the highlight. This time as well, I want him to show the breadth of his skill."

The story is a comedy of a man who, by some strange chance, becomes an uta no onii-san on a children's program, his struggles and growth. Along with his acting power, Ohno's personality supported his being chosen for the role. His characteristic pokerface with little emotion. It's a joke amongst the member's of Arashi to call him "old man" and he is known for his gentle personality. Being the high tension image singing guy from start to finish is quite far cry from the guy who, after all, has said, "I don't like kids that much." Producer Kawanishi said, "From the start, it's a story who's protagonist is a helpless singing guy struggling. It's shocking to see the character feeling forced and made to do something."

Without delay, Ohno was in a photoshoot with his uta no onii-san look. "This costume is really flashy... It's like I've returned to Johnny's Jr.," he laughed, blushing. He was enthusiastic and said, "This is completely different from my last drama, "Maou", being a comedy, I'm looking forward to how I'm going to act. Seeing the figure of the hard-working protagonist, I think it would be good to be able to encourage those people who can't do the jobs they want to do."
